Revamped Soundcraft LX7ii: The Ultimate 32 Channel Mixer for Live Consoles
The Soundcraft LX7 console, a huge hit, has been upgraded to the LX7ii, both in audio quality and appearance.
The new console sports a stylish design inspired by the successful MH3 and MH4 touring sound consoles. It features a new frame, module ID graphics, and end-cheeks, making it not only user-friendly but also a system that professionals will envy.
Electronically, the LX7ii comes with a new Soundcraft mic-preamp and EQ section, designed by founder Graham Blyth. The GB30 Series designs coincide with Soundcraft's 30th anniversary. The new 4-band EQ with swept mid sections is based on the acclaimed EQ in the MH3 and MH4 touring consoles.

Other standard features of the LX7ii include frame sizes up to 32 mono inputs and four stereo inputs/returns with four groups, main stereo output, and a dedicated mono output for centre clusters. There are direct outputs on the first 16 inputs for multitrack recording, and six auxes for effects and foldback flexibility. The LX7ii mixes to seven outputs – four subgroups, plus the main Left, Right, and Centre (Mono) mix outputs.
The LX7ii continues the success of the original LX7 in live performance PA, church and theatre installed systems, and any application where a compact console needs many inputs and high output. It's great for both recording and live use.
