Product Description

Meyer Sound UPQ-D1 Large Point-Source Loudspeaker with Remote Monitoring System, Weather Protection, and 3-Pin XLR

The UPQ-D1 is a remarkable loudspeaker that offers an extremely consistent polar response and a gentle coverage rolloff. It extends uniformly out to its 10 dB points of 100° by 60°. The horn's smooth and consistent performance is a result of meticulous research in Meyer Sound's anechoic chamber, and it shows a remarkably consistent beamwidth in both the horizontal and vertical planes. The UPQ D1 horn also provides uniform attenuation for all frequencies outside the specified beamwidth.

Features:

  • • Wide horizontal pattern for broad listening areas and focused vertical pattern for precise coverage
  • • Highly energy-efficient amplifier with sophisticated digital signal processing for extraordinary tonal accuracy and precise imaging
  • • Integral stand mount and QuickFly mounting options for easy rigging
  • • Constant-Q horn for uniform response throughout the coverage area
  • • Exceptional size-to-power ratio for application flexibility
  • • Consistent and predictable performance for accurate system design
