The E8 is a high-performance 2-way multipurpose loudspeaker. It's perfect for speech and music applications! • Ideal for stand-alone full range sound or for larger distributed sound setups. • Easily pairs with an E12X subwoofer (passive or active) or other E-Series subs for a powerful music experience. • Its multifaceted shape allows for upright or horizontal use and makes a great stage monitor. The 90° x 50° dispersion pattern (h x v) of the horn can be rotated 90° for a 50° x 90° pattern. The cabinet is made of polyurethane integral hard foam with a durable paint finish, has a handle, and a socket for speaker stands. It comes in Special Color (SC) and Weather Resistant (WR) options. The Weather Resistant option has an IP54 rating for outdoor use in changing conditions. Both options come with metal plates to cover handle recesses and speaker stand sockets.
Weather resistant (WR): Great for outdoor use. The cabinets have a tough, weather-protected black PCP finish. WR cabinets have a recessed connector panel with a Faston type connector (2 x 6.3 mm, female). A cover plate for single or dual PG cable glands (Type PG13.5 for 6 - 12 mm cable diameters) is included.
